Josh was on time,very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and thorough, took pains to explain everything, did a very tidy neat job removing the old aerial and replacing with a new one. Found the best place on the roof for it and did everything with a smile. My TV reception is now the best it has ever been. I would thoroughly recommend Josh and give this young man 10 out of 10.
